Caught in the open sea or in Sicilian tuna traps, the tuna arrives in our cuisine where it is worked by hand and preserved  using only salt and local olive oil.

It has a meat rich in essential fatty acids, proteins and omega 3, which makes it suitable and ideal for a healthy and balanced diet.
