The Zicily Mandarin Marmelade is the perfect way to preserve all the taste of Sicilian citrus fruits in a jar that can be taken out at any time.
Prepared with sicilian mandarin from sustainables agriculture which our company takes both the pulp and the peel and follows a craftsmanship process that involves only the use of cane sugar and a long and slow cooking.
Zicily suggests enjoying our extra mandarin marmalade to prepare a fragrant tart,cake or to spread in croissants or a veil on crunchy rusks. It also goes very well with salty dishes, in particular with hard cheeses.
Ingredients: mandarin with peel*, cane sugar*, pectin E440 (i), citric acid.
